Hi, my name is Sandi and a snowbird. We've had a great fall and now it's cold and I'm ready to head south.
I'm new to this site. I joined SBD a few weeks ago and I'm struggling... I found the OLE spinach and herb tortillas and thought I could eat them, but now I wonder. Can you help me?

What phase are you in? I would say no because they are made with bleached flour. Here is a link I found with the ingredient breakdown :
All in all, the nutrition facts themselves are not bad and you could probably get away with it if you didn't eat them all the time.
