I was wondering if anyone has tried this. My mom always makes "stuffed celery" at all occassions. She uses cream cheese, chopped green olives w/pimento,and spreads it on ribs of celery. These are addicting and so delicious.

I love stuffed celery with cream cheese, or a little peanut butter, or melted cheese, or tuna fish salad, or egg salad with a bit of crumbled bacon. Umm, so I guess my answer would be yes, I've tried it! LOL

Never tried it, but I might have to. I'm not on Atkins, but that sounds like a great snack. I love celery with peanut butter, but the cream cheese version would be good too.

My mom used to use cream cheese. I have made it with cream cheese mixed with blue cheese. I bet you could put bacon bits on the cheese, too.

I can't stand the thought of putting peanut butter on celery, though I love peanut butter so many ways.

They now have a cream cheese/greek yogurt blend that is really yummy. It is made by Greek Mountain Farms.

eKatherine, cream cheese mixed with blue cheese...that's a great idea! Especially with the bacon.
