I was wondering if anyone has tried this. My mom always makes "stuffed celery" at all occassions.She uses cream cheese,chopped green olives w/pimento,and spreads it on ribs of celery.These are addicting and so delicious.

Never tried it, but I might have to. I'm not on Atkins, but that sounds like a great snack. I love celery with peanut butter, but the cream cheese version would be good too.

My mom used to use cream cheese. I have made it with cream cheese mixed with blue cheese. I bet you could put bacon bits on the cheese, too.

I can't stand the thought of putting peanut butter on celery, though I love peanut butter so many ways.

yes according the container 3g manufactured by Green Mountain Farms, it is very good at least I think so.
