just started induction& I need how to help

Either somebody is going to do Atkins, or they aren't. And if they don't understand the rules, they aren't going to be able to follow them. The website is free for anyone to read.

So many times I have heard people say that they tried Atkins but [insert reason it didn't work here], and it's clear they were not even close to following the protocol.
