I started the fat fast on monday. Sticking like glue and have dropped NO weight. What could be the problem??

So what did you eat? You lost nothing eating 1000 calories daily? Maybe you did not measure things properly?
There is nothing in your food dairy so I cannot really comment on anything specific.

Im new to the page so I have not figured all that out yet but I have stuck strick to 1000 cal a day, drinking water. I ate cream cheese, develed eggs, tuna salad, avacado. All recipes listed. I take the calories direct from the packageing.

Did you weigh all portions?
Try to work the food dairy and add everything and maybe you will figure out what could be wrong.

I am trying to enter things...lol I drank water and coffee(once and a while)I measured everything!! But I just entered eggs and they say they are 74 cal but my package says 70 cal per egg

You need to keep your fat up to 90% of your calorie intake. Are you doing that? When I did fat fast I found that most regular foods (including things like tuna and eggs) have too much protein or carbs to keep you in that range. Any foods you eat that are lower in fat content than 90% have to be balanced out by foods that are over 90%.

Are you measuring those table spoons correctly 15 ml of something is really small - it may be better to weigh that to use volume measure

15ml. is half a tablespoon. 2 tablespoons is an ounce.

Also, is your peanut butter sugar free? It might not be a bad idea to try cutting that out. Also, how much water are you drinking? I cannot stress enough how important water is to the process.

I recommend reading up on the fat fast on the Atkins site and other sites about it. When you do it correctly you are eating basically no normal food. Every day's total should be up to 90% fat.
It's not supposed to taste good or feel like normal meals. It's supposed to shock your system into weight loss in a few days.
