How to delete a weight entry

it doesn't look like you can delete previous entries but you can change them. If you go to myfatsecret.com, click Weight History, then click Enter historical weight entries. Choose the same date you did for your incorrect weight, and then you can change the weight there. That will overwrite your previous weight.

Are food databases specific by region?
I think so cause in NZ we have pams which I think is a NZ only brand and their foods are in my data base :)
