So, I recently restarted Atkins and I have been very good about it. No major carb withdrawals. Doing fine. My problem is exercise...so I downloaded an app called Charity Miles which allows you to choose a charity that you walk/run/bike for. It records your miles and then based on how far you went it donates from its funds (not your $) not huge amounts by any means but it makes you feel good about exercising and doing a little bit for someone else. The motivation though, for me, is that I have it set to automatically post my distance and the charity I choose on facebook. So, I push myself because it would just be embarassing to not even make a minimum of 1.5 miles at a pop. Just a thought and a share...
