I was wondering if anyone has the counts for these ? I found a few recipes but none have any info. for nutrtion. so I don't know how to enter / account for them.

Enter it in the cookbook is a really suggestion.
I love the cookbook feature
My recipe would be different from the link because I use wings not breast
And the recipe there use a lot of cheese
