Atkins net carb question

Can someone please tell me how to get the net carbs listed on the weight page....I did it in the food listing but can't change it on the other? Ami correct in that you can have 20 NET CARBS PER DAY. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for answering...I did that and it did change the food listings ....but on the weigh in chart it gives the total carbs.
