I was begining to doubt myself for a moment but Scale is now working!! seen it go down a few lbs. not gonna log it until next week bc I only want to weight in weekly but couldnt resist. Its motivation to say the least and just knowing the diet is doing its thing makes me one happy girl GO Atkins. Just need to add more water to the mix

My weight

Jan 29 : 219 lbs
Feb 5 : 212 lbs
Feb 12 : 209.2 lbs

Mini goal : loss 6 lbs a month

Long term goal : Get down to 160 lbs by the end of summer and to be able to keep it off.

What am I doing wrong?
Sounds scary to me full of junk foods. whole non processed foods loaded with nutrition. Avoid processed food with low nutrition and lots of chemicals. You will be healthier in the long run.
