work from home, need desk excersises

I read about a guy who built a desk where he could stand over a treadmill and walk while he was working. He ended up walking on it 4-6 hours a day. I'm guessing you're not that hardcore.

When I did sit a lot, I did a lot of the leg lifts.

I also have a Wii in my office and try to take at least three 5-10 minute breaks for a little tennis or boxing.

When I stand, I tend to pace and tap my feet. 12 hours of pacing, tapping, and maybe a few knee lifts really adds up. Also sitting on a balance ball throughout the day if standing isn't an option for extended periods of time. A girl at work has this little pedal thing its very small and you can pedal while sitting at your desk. Im sorry I have no idea what it's called.
