Congrats on getting engaged! Nothing more motivating than wanting to fit into a wedding gown and looking good in it. That's part of my own motivation as well. Good luck!

Just wanted to let you know that I started (and failed) twice on FatSecret. Third time, I dropped 170 lbs. You can do it!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Lol I hear you on that, redgirl1974. My date is set for March 2015 so I'm not on a major crunch to lose weight but I have 120lbs to lose before my big day and I know it won't disappear over night.

Hdp, my date is December 13, 2013. We got engaged in Oct 2012, but with the holidays , I didnt bother to try and diet. Now I am wanting to start dress shopping at the end of March so I can have time to really look and am kinda of on a crunch. But not gonna over do it!! Ive done atkins before and know it works. I want to loose at least 70lbs by Oct 2013.

I've never done atkins before but so many people have had such great results, 70lbs by October sounds totally doable! Especially with a wedding involved. Let me know how I can help support and encourage you to stay on track. Smile

THANKS HDP, same here, let me know if I can be off support in any way!! Atkins is a great diet to loose weight. Once you get past that first month, its super easy from there. I am on day two and not feeling any negatives yet. Feel free to send me a message to my inbox if I can be of any help or support. GO ATKINS
