A lot of people find that the diet is relatively easy to stay with and end up staying with it right through the maintenance phase. There are lots of people on it, so you can get support from other users.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
