I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. I was just wondering if anyone has done or is doing the food lover's diet. I saw it on an infomercial Rolling Eyes and when they started talking about pairing food together to keep your blood sugar level, it peaked my interest. I was just curious as to if it works or if it's a gimmick. Any suggestions would be appreciated Smile

The co-founder of Food Lovers is no longer associated with them. If you want real support and better tools go to Robert Ferguson http://www.dietfreelife.com
