I have been on Atkins now for 2 years - the first year I lost 80 pounds, the second year I mantained that weight loss and got use to my NEW smaller body. Since I would like to lose another 30 pounds this year I'm going back to induction again !! My diabetes, HBP, and high cholesterol are all in normal ranges now too. In the last year my husband has also lost 50 pounds. We love Atkins, it is not a diet to us but a Lifestyle. I feel better than I have in over 20 years. I recently turned 60 years old and don't look it or act it either lol !!
Happy New Year all, may 2013 find us all lighter and healthier.Very Happy

Fruits and Vegetables
Doc. said to eat more Fruits and Vegetables, so I tried Corn Chips with Peach salsa. He's never happy with my visits.

food diary techie question
Go to your weigh-in page, on the right you click on "restart" Diet. Then you can choose to hide the history before the restart. I think that will remove the old stuff.
