Last time I checked coffee itself was close to 0 carbs. Learn to drink black coffee without sugar. It tastes great if you splurge a little bit on good coffee. You will save on milk or whatever you add to it, so you should be fine financially
Try to add coconut oil or coconut milk (real, not a drink from carton) to coffee, you might be pleasantly surprised by the taste and both speed up weight loss and are good for your body. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to retrain your taste buds, so do not expect to enjoy your 0 carb coffee tomorrow, but you will in 4 weeks if you are persistent.

Hi I've just started doing Atkins too after gaining back nearly all my weight. I read you're not really suppose to have much dairy during induction? and milk is quite high in carbs.
You could really reduce carb levels down if you swap milk for double or whipping cream in your coffee, and change the yogurt to cottage cheese.
I blend cottage cheese with frozen raspberry's and add sweetener to it and it taste just like raspberry yogurt.
Hope that helps!

I was also killing my daily carb intake with my morning coffee. I like it blonde and sweet lol. I tried several different things, since drinking it black is not an option.. ick, and this is what I've come up with. I use Truvia or SweetLeaf sweetener packets because they actually contain zero carbs, and I've replaced my CoffeeMate Creamer with Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Milk, vanilla flavored at the moment. It actually has one net carb per cup (which I only use about 1/8 of a cup in my coffee, but the Original flavor has zero carbs. I pour it into my cup and microwave it for about 30 seconds because I like my coffee HOT and the milk cools it off. It's really not that bad, especially since it allows me to have my coffee every day. Something else I discovered - a teaspoon of butter (salted) tastes really good in coffee. I actually drank it like that for about a week, without any kind of creamer or almond milk. I know all of our tastes are different, but you might give it a try and see if you like either of my suggestions

I don't have a suggestion for the coffee. I like it black with stevia. As for the yogurt if you switched to a plain, unsweetened greek yogurt the net carbs are about 5g for a serving (175 g) and 18g of protein. I sweeten mine (since plain yogurt is unpalatable to me) with stevia or half a scoop of vanilla or strawberry whey isolate (zero carb and about 20 g of protein).

Back when I was able to drink coffee (had to give it up, sigh) I used to put heavy cream in it. I never drank it sweet, though.

Have you looked into a
high protein diet
you can actually maintain long term? You might want to consider a diet that is manageable in the long run. I lost 34 pounds on a high protein, low carb diet and that was a year ago. Weight’s still off and I am happier and more energetic than I’ve been in my life!

heavy cream and artificial sweetner for the coffee. i use 2 tbsp cream and 2 packets of sweetner. if you like flavored coffee you could try sugar free syrup like Davinci's or Torani. it's in the coffee isle & has zero carbs.
if you are close to a Kroger they carry low carb yogurt called Carbmaster. it has about 4 carbs per container and doesn't taste bad.
also greek yogurt is really good, it's thicker almost like sour cream. i don't like the plain, it's too bitter. but even the flavored has less carbs than the regualr yogurts like Dannon. and you get extra protein.

Sometimes it is easier to give up something you like entirely rather than to try to learn to like it some way you do not.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
