ok got over my despondency over no weight loss. Will cut out bacon and sweetener and drink 3 litres of water per day . I will also ensure 15 mins of air walker at least per day and see if there is any difference.

Good idea! Just stay positive! I think from everything I've read in the last week that different things work for different people and you just have to keep tweaking the diet until you get it working for you!

Stay strong!

I know about all that tweaking the diet... My tweak will have to be to STOP LATE EVENING SNACKING and all those calories sneaking up on me right before I go to bed!!! Geez. Although I do snack on low carb items, it has to be way too many calories. I think I am OK with veggies for now, however there are not that many very low carb veggies, that I actually like to eat. But the salad greens with tomatoes still appeal to me lol. Water does help at times. Sometimes I think, I am hungry, the first line of defense is to drink water. I have a 16 oz cup, so I just fill it up and drink. Sometimes the "hunger" goes away, so that means it was really thirst. Another thing I noticed, sometimes I feel like "something", but I cannot pinpoint, what that "something" is. I used to snack on this or that to find the taste I was craving, but now I really try to make up my mind about the snack I want to eat. And of course, drink water while figuring out, what it is I am truly craving. Sometimes the craving will pass before I decide what to snack on lol.

I have approached my plateau weight as well. It might be tricky to get through, but I am confident, once I do, the eating will become easier. I just hope, I will not plateau for too long.
