Hi,
I am new here and to Atkins. I have some concerns about how certain foods will impact my blood sugar.
It would be wonderful to hook up with others that are dealing with this condition.

I have done Atkins and my mom is diabetic and she basically eats Atkins too. It is very much in line with the diabetic diet and I think even better than the diabetic diet. You will find that long-term even the Atkins maintenance plan will control your blood sugar.
