Hi, Need some help. I'm getting Jillians "shred" today and I see that there are two. The 30 day shred and the extreme shred. All I've been doing is walking. At the most 8 miles a day and the least, a mile a day. Which should I get? Are there any groups that are just getting started on this? I'd like the accountability and support.
I got my copy of 30 Day Shred last night, and just finished my first workout before logging on here. I am still trying to get my heart rate down and catch my breath. I think I am a fairly fit person, and the 30 Day Shred kicked my butt in only 25 minutes. I really enjoyed it! I'd say go for this one. My guess is the Extreme Shred will be too much of a challenge. My plan is to master the easier one first, then move up.
I got the 30 Day Shred based on other FS'ers raves and reviews... so glad I did! And you need hand weights for it. I don't have any. Used 2 cans of 15.5 ounce chili beans (that I can't eat low carbing) and they worked just fine.
