help on % of protein and fat

I would like to know the % of protein and fat.Should it be equel amounts? I know carbs are at 15 .

Not sure what you are asking
If you are doing the Atkins diet and if you are doing Atkins induction your carb percentage will probably be around 5 for the two first weeks.
Usually we talk about a fat percentage between 60-75 depending a bit on how many calories you need each day.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
