Moonshadow, have you read the book? You say you are following Atkins but you're eating fries, cheeseburgers and pineapple,and subway sandwiches, just to mention a few, This is not Atkins.
We don't know what phase you're in but from your weight, i'd say you should be in induction and none of those foods are allowed on induction.
I also am hypothyroid and have been for 40 years, it' makes losing weight a little harder but not impossible. Stop eating all processed foods, eat fresh veggies to get your 15 - 20 net gms of carbs. Low carb/high fat, protein meal plans do work but only if you don't combine them with sugar products.
You really have to read the book and understand how it works and why you can't combine these foods to make it work.
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!
