Can anyone tell me what the inboxviewer that is in my message. I can't get it to go away and don't want to use it. Thanks!

I suggest you delete anything in inbox that you don't recognize. Don't open it, just delete to avoid possible virus. (All this from a non technical type)
I figure that anyone who wants to contact me personally and not sell me something, or infect my computer, will clearly ID themselves and what they want without having me opening the message.
