When I post pictures, I always try to use the imgur.com site that Keld recommended so that I can edit them down to that 480 site. I'm thinking you'd have to pull them off Facebook first and then do the photo hosting site so that you can edit them down..

Ok thanks. I'll just have to use that site from now on. Thanks!

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Starbird, when you upload the photo, you have to check the "edit" option. Then you get that extra step before they're uploaded, I believe.

Also, it's time to bump!

Additional instructions if you need to resize the image after upload and using the app for android (might be one for iphone)...
I also use the app to do upload images when they are on my phone. I click on the upload arrow in the app and then chose a photo to upload....

To resize any photo, once you have an account, go to the "View Images" tab and then select the image you just uplaoded. Once it is checked, click EDIT, I change the size to 450 or what ever the post below suggests, I hit APPLY, then I hit SAVE. Then, I click on the imiage I just rezized and I copy the link under "BBCode (message boards & forums)" and I paste it in my journal! Thats it.

Here is a link to do this.

I think the only way that someone can pull up your data is if they know your username. I realized this sometime last year and requested that my username be changed (I was using my name).

NCNOLE, it is possible to google an image through google images. However I'm not sure if it works with FS or not.
