I just entered my numbers in this site : http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/.

I have never tried it, but I'll try the new macros - who knows, it might be the magical wand I was looking for!

Here are my numbers:

1509 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
18 g Carbohydrates (5%, 72 kcal)
80 g Protein (21%, 320 kcal)
124 g Fat (74%, 1117 kcal)

The Web site predicted Fast weight loss with moderate difficulty. I'll be curious to see.

Has anyone used that site before? With what kind of result?

I haven't used it before, but thanks for pointing it out. I'm going to give it a go too. I really like the predictor - roll on a year's timeSmile
Ticker is stuck, but I'm not - 45 lost, 38 to go

Yes, when you punch in your numbers, the weight predicted in a year's time seems almost too good to be true. Lots of fun, though, and I like being able to play around with my macros.
