I was all pumped and prepared for our unit's carry-in food day at work today. I ate a good high fiber, high protein breakfast this morning, packed fresh fruit salad and veggie salad for snacks to curb my urge to binge eat. Well...that didn't work so well. The food was sitting right outside my cubicle and was just too tempting! I had 3 plates! Not piled full, but still!!
I had been doing so incredibly good since Sunday and I completely lost it! I know, pick up my chin and move on but how can I be so weak??
