just started induction& I need how to help

Can I have sweet & low? If so how many? How many carbs can I have a day? Can u recommend home made food not commercial brownies etc.Can I have nuts during induction? what about avocado? Are there any unlimited foods aside from vegetables? like lettuce?Thx

If you want home made foods just google low carb recipes. There are quite a few available.

Why start a plan you don't understand? Read a book, look online, whatever - - have a firm understanding of it before you start, especially when the "rules" really matter, like with Atkins.

So many times I have heard people say that they tried Atkins but [insert reason it didn't work here], and it's clear they were not even close to following the protocol.

How do I edit
for a sandwich its best to have weight plus whats in it, as just half a sandwich could be any number of calories depending on bread type, size of bread, spreads used, filling etc
