FIRST PROPER DAY ON ATKINS

Hello everyone, just joined this website, i have started Atkins "properly" today. No the first time ive tried atkins but have failed miserably each time. I keep going back to it as it is the only diet that doesnt have me searching for food and constantly "grazing". Just need to keep off the wine at the weekend, that is the difficult bit for me, work hard all week along with my husband and we love to go to the local pub and have an hour there. Never mind, maybe i will give the dog another walk in the evening, he will be happy abt that !! Janice Rolling Eyes

Congrat's on wanting to try again! If you want this "WOE" bad enough,you will need to be strong and committed.You don't need to drink beer at the pub. You need to do this for you and find a different drink but still enjoy the time out with hubby! It can be easy if you find the way.

im on my own modified atkins as i too found it hard to stick to. I have discovered G.I bread in my local bakery and i have 2 slices every morning along with 2 boiled eggs. rest of the day i eat atkins pretty much..... stops me craving Smile
