Have eliminated all my trigger foods, and gave up bread, pasta, cakes, cookies for lent etc etc etc. Disappointed that I gained back last week's 2 pound loss. When I was on my regular diet, my weight stated stable! bummer.
Boo hoo.

Cut out the sugar alcohol (meaning the candy)
Follow the rules - so no cottage cheese, no carrots
that would probably help

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.
