I have actually been on it and lost 10 pds so far in around 20 days. But im having to start all over on account of the "cheating". Which i am going to pursue to resist. I was just wondering if any of you had like, certain foods you eat alot of with very little carbs : ) other than eggs, and cheese and things of that such.

Depending on which phase your on (of course!), I like eating green vegetables with cottage cheese. Even though it is not sweet it somehow gets me through alot of the sugar cravings I experience. Other than that I eat alot of lean turkey as I don't really subscribe to the hamburger/hotdog etc approach.
