I have actually been on it and lost 10 pds so far in around 20 days. But im having to start all over on account of the "cheating". Which i am going to pursue to resist. I was just wondering if any of you had like, certain foods you eat alot of with very little carbs : ) other than eggs, and cheese and things of that such.

Depending on which phase your on (of course!), I like eating green vegetables with cottage cheese. Even though it is not sweet it somehow gets me through alot of the sugar cravings I experience. Other than that I eat alot of lean turkey as I don't really subscribe to the hamburger/hotdog etc approach.

Good luck Smile

You should try nuts (like almonds, pecans, walunts) and really good fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel, alot of which you can get canned. Smile

I just started on Monday. This is my first time. I started using info online and have sent for some books. I'm confused about the mixed greens and what a cup really is. Do you weigh it, stuff it in a cup? The Atkins site says in a cup but loosely, but people on the boards talk about the huge salads their eating. I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated. Anyway I've lost 2 pounds since Monday, so I psyched.

Nice that you lost pounds. Way to go
I weigh everything. Cups are very unprecise measurements.
