Anyone get severe headache when doing TakeOff?

I did takeoff today to restart the diet and OMG! I have the worst headache of my life. Splitting on the right temple. The only relief is when I press on it with my hand to stop the throbbing.

I get grouchy and I mean grouchy as heck. No matter how much I eat, I want to bite your head off and eat it! lol I am hungry on it, but not my usual hunger... it's like a crack head needing a fix kind of hunger. I haven't done LAWL in a few years but when I did it I lost 20 pounds but couldn't seem to lose another ounce after that. I'm going to start takeoff tomorrow and go back on it. It seemed like I had a headache when I did it before, but it was nothing compared to my grouchy mood. It's like I could hear myself being mean and couldn't stop it! Let's hope it isn't so bad this time. Oh, and if you are the kind of person whose sugar drops and you get the shakes, do cantaloupe instead of the juice. I actually was once told that I probably shouldn't do takeoff at all.

It's a product that is supposedly juice with vitamins added. It's sold by a company that sells a bunch of different weight loss products to go with their rather expensive weight loss plan.

It is part of the LA weight loss program. A friend of mine actually felt fantastic when she was on the takeoff part of the program. The theory is that is shocks your body and prepares it to lose weight or helps you to overcome a plateau. You basically drink their juice or eat cantaloupe/oranges with unlimited green leafy veggies and meat/bean protein. No dairy or carbs and after 2 days of that, you go on an eating plan where you eat certain portions from all food groups.

serving size for dry ingredients
Check the food label, it should tell you. Rice tends to have higher calories. Usually it's 1/4 cup dry and about 150-200 calories
