I find weighing myself daily keeps me on track and accountable Very Happy . I don't do well with surprises. I've found when I weigh in weekly it's too easy to get off track.

Do you weigh in every day or just once week?

Everyday...it keeps me motivated to see any and every little, and big, loss.

Just switched from daily to weekly, but think its totally personal preference. I was finding my mood & eating became too dependent on the # on the scale, & that I feel & eat better just checking weekly.

I weigh myself every day. I think I might change it to once a week to see if it is better mentally. Smile

daily. more data is a good thing as it makes a more accurate trend graph. just don't mind the daily ups and downs

Every time I go to the gym which is every day. I don't own a scale. But I'm weighing myself for this journal every day so I'm more conscious of it. Usually I don't bother though.

Every morning. Do not want to miss the day my weight goes down to the lowest yet. Counting calories makes me accountable and I know I am not gaining weight nor matter what the scale says.

First thing every morning. Through past experience, this is the only way that I can stay on track and lose weight.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
Let's face it, we are all differnt. It really doesn't make any difference, just as long as exercise. Let's all learn to listen to our own bodies, and what is right for us, not some one else.
