I use this kind and love it. Put it in my coffee in the morning. Stir fry with it. Put it in my MIMs!

The cold-pressed organic virgin kinds have more of a coconut flavor. Some of the processed ones don't have any flavor at all. Its best to buy them in a glass jar rather than plastic.

Hi,
thanks so much for the info. I'm hearing more and more that it has so many health benefits. I did have some but it expired and couldn't remember anything about it. I looked up the Nutiva and remember the jar, so that's the one I used...thanks again

I get mine from tropical traditions website. Buy a jar of refined coconut oil to see how you like it. The refined coconut oil is the closest you get to being floveless and odorless.

I like it - nice for making Thai foods
I think I use Nutiva but I would say it has a coconut taste to it.

I get Spectrum Naturals Organic Coconut Oil from Walmart. It has no flavor and costs about $7 a jar.

Kelly,

In what section of Walmart did you find the coconut oil?

Thanks in advance.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
