Back to the Basics - Clean!!

I log EVERYTHING. I think I got off track after two weeks of doing very well. I started adding coconut flour, whey protein, carbquik, MIMS, making fatbombs... etc. Back to eating CLEAN!!!!

It is easy to get off track right there. So back to having whole foods and veggies and then maybe slowly adding one new thing at a time but without sacrificing veggies.
It sounds like a good plan
