I have watched a few of the programmes with super morbidly obese people in them, I take from them clues that suggest which ones will succeed and which will not, from this I check my own attitude, check I am not making excuses, and try to find what those that succeed do right.
I don't know where you are based, in US or UK or elsewhere but my family doctor's has a clinic run by the practise nurse who will weigh you fortnightly, if something like this is available it might keep you motivated, if it isn't available do you have a friend or family member who would weigh you weekly or fortnightly, that can keep you focussed.
It is now thought that wais size is as important or more important as a measure of health so measure your waist and record it every week or fortnightly. Good luck - you can do it.
