I decided to keep the carbs down, sort of a atkins/paleo/low-carb mixture. Looking forward to making friends and gaining a lot of motivation to stay on track. Can't seem to get motivated. I want to lose 10 lbs. but the scale is not moving at all. Maybe because I have been snacking too much on Ritz crackers and peanut butter. These are addictive to me. I am quitting cold turkey. No more. I am also doing to No Junk Food challenge. Can't wait to start.

What a relief to find that this has happened to others. It's an annoyance to have to change the calendar every day or to find that entries have disappeared.
