How do I place shortcut on desktop computer

meh, its pretty much the same all the way around. make sure you resize your screen so you can see the desktop background and the page you wish to create a shortcut to. to the left of the web address is usually a little symbol of sorts, typically representing which website your on. just click that symbol and drag it to your desktop, and then you win Very Happy
