I workout at home. I have an intense dislike for gyms and the crowds there Smile I have a stationary bike and I do callanetics and fluidity ( I recently bought the bar and dvds used for much less than new!) I love it! I also do some yoga type stretches sometimes on the exercise ball and other times on the floor, at least once a day. I intermittently also do some mild walking.

Elliptical , stationary bike, ab lounger , and total gym. Right now I'm only using my elliptical and I just ordered Zumba's 5 DVD set today I hope it wasn't a mistake to get it. I used to going out dancing on the weekend but I stopped going about a year in a half ago. I hope I can still move my body around like I used to. I also have trouble following new dance steps never got into any type of line dancing.😁. Anyone else Zumba?

Thank ya'll for sharing.

@bbody1972, I have seen the commercials for those and I would LOVE to try them but I am just not physically there yet to endure that kind of workout. I hope once I lost the majority of my weight I can do something like that.

I currently weigh 360 and am 54 and 5ft 4. I am doing an hour a day water aerobics. As you are about 100lbs lighter than me, I am sure you can do this too!

Thank you, 366to266! Water aerobics would be fun to do. I've read that a lot of people go to their local YMCA and participate in that.

Latest news on my fitness:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 30-45 minutes of Circuit Training. I like it! All days - make it a goal to reach 10,000 steps. Most days I reach 8,000+ steps. 3-4 days a week I reach 10,000.

On top of this, I generally stay active. I have a deskjob, but I have my desk raised so I stand up by far the most of my work day. Every now and then I will walk a round in my building. I will print documents on a printer further away than necessary. I will get coffee from the far away machine.

I walk to do pretty much everything - like walking to work, shopping, etc.

I try not to be lazy. If I am comfy in my good chair in the evening, but need something, I will get up and get it right away, instead of waiting, little things like that. They all count!

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.

Is Quitting An Option???
One of the biggest thing I had to learn was not to quit after 1 slip up. Usually the guilt got the best of me, but I handle it a lot better now.
