I read about a guy who built a desk where he could stand over a treadmill and walk while he was working. He ended up walking on it 4-6 hours a day. I'm guessing you're not that hardcore.

I work from home and traded in my desk for two counter height work tables and a drafting stool so I spend about 1/3 of my day standing. We have a work at home group if you feel like joining.

There is a lot available online, I like this list: http://greatist.com/fitness/deskercise-exercise-work/

When I did sit a lot, I did a lot of the leg lifts.

I also have a Wii in my office and try to take at least three 5-10 minute breaks for a little tennis or boxing.
Ever shrinking!

Standing, I work 12hrs a day sitting on my butt and I get three 10 minute breaks. I don't have the option of leaving my desk often. When I stand, I tend to pace and tap my feet. 12 hours of pacing, tapping, and maybe a few knee lifts really adds up. Also sitting on a balance ball throughout the day if standing isn't an option for extended periods of time. A girl at work has this little pedal thing its very small and you can pedal while sitting at your desk. Im sorry I have no idea what it's called.

You fell off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track, go for a walk. Plan your meals, maybe work on a backup plan for your next social event so you'll do better. Soldier on!

Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
