Not eating enough calories

After looking at my food journals from the past few days that I remembered to track, I see that I'm eating enough carbs and fat but not enough calories. Towards the end of the night I notice that I am starving. How do I ensure that I'm eating enough calories everyday? Anyone else having this issue?

I'm lucky if I get 1200 calories a day in but I am within my net carbs needed. With Atkins, calorie counting is not a must. As long as you're eating enough fats, veggies, protein to meet your net carbs then you're good. And lots of water.

I just hate feeling hungry later at night. I may increase my dinner portions a little to see if that holds me over.

If you scroll down the page where you enter your food, you'll see the pie chart that will break down your percentages of calories from carbs, fat and protein. Your protein is also very high. Also, you need to be eating more green, leafy veggies. They are very filling. While they do have a few carbs, they are very low calorie, which will leave plenty of room for you to reduce any hunger you may still have with some meat and cheese. During Induction, at least 12-15 of your net carbs per day should come from veggies.

Thank you for the words of wisdom mummydee. If need to remember to take it a meal and day at a time as I work Atkins because I have a lot of food addictions, like sugar, caffeine, etc.
