Perhaps I should say that I am pushing 70 - and have been a bad girl over christmas. I am initially aiming to loose about 1 stone (in no time at all) and then hoping to go further till all my summer clothes fit again. That will be another 8 - 10 lbs.

Your stories are encouraging me. Also my daughter who has joined at the same time.

Karen you are never too old. My mum is 76, doing weight watchers (not that i think she needs to but i think she likes the company and getting out) and walks miles every day. You and her could put people half your ages to shame. Good going girl!!!
