Yummy filling Atkins lunch for Induction!

I have to share this with those of you that are on Induction. Yesterday I had an avocado, filled it with 5 ounces of tuna, mayo, chopped green onion, a little bit of chopped bell pepper and had that for lunch. Not only was it delicious but very filling. I almost couldn't eat it all. For those of you looking for something a little different but fast and easy to prepare, give this a shot. And feel free to look at my menu for the net carb content!
Does anyone else have any great lunches to share?
** Goal 1- 20 pounds ****12/29/2016
** Goal 2- get back down to wearing size 16 jeans
** Goal 3- normal blood pressure *****off meds on 12/31/2016
** Goal 4- well below "One" Derland
** Goal 5- the next 20 pounds down

I often eat my dinner leftovers for lunch, or just a salad with grilled chicken. I also like to make deli meat roll-ups. They're easy and reminiscent of a sandwich without the badness of the bun. Sometimes I use deli chicken, swiss cheese, mayo, cucumbers, and grape tomatoes. I've also made them with salami, cream cheese, and celery. There are a lot of options!

What do people do who have chronic issues with pain
I have chronic pain, joints and it is hard I try to go to the pool 2 times per week, when not sick but have mised a lot latly , you can do it.
