I eat sugar free jello. Last night I ate the Atkins peanut butter cups. I could not tell the difference between those and Reese's peanut butter cups! So yummy. For All phases on Atkins too.

Sugar free jello and sugar free pudding are great little snacks. I also recently discovered a low carb grocery that carries tons of sugar free treats ranging from 0-2net carbs

Something sweet.

I have a chocolage EAS Carb Control shake every day. It satisfy the chocoholic in me and is carb friendly. It is difficult to get anything sweet. I am going to Medithin weight loss clinic, which may be even more restrictive with foods than Atkins. These shakes are a life saver for me. They also have vanilla and strawberry, so you do have a choice of flavors. Also, SF Popsicle brand popsicles. Very helpful.

When I want chocolate I'll either have a "Wifezilla Fat Bomb" or a square of Lindt super dark chocolate with 1/2 T natural peanut butter on top.
When I want ice cream - definitely Breyers Carb Smart bar.
SF Cheesecake with a nutmeal crust is awesome.
And I often have a SF jello after lunch.

Breyer's carb smart vanilla ice cream mixed in the blender with an Atkins Dark Chocolate shake. It is absolutely heavenly if you like milkshakes. And it does not make me crave more sweets, which is the best part! My 14 year old daughter took a taste of it once and said she was amazed that it was "on my diet", because she thought it tasted just like a regular milkshake! And you can always top it off with some heavy whipped cream. YUM!
