I have a question need answers please... Time of month is here so does a lady weigh moreÉ for 2 days there has been no loss, there hasnt been a gain either but I really worked hard this weekend and i was hopng at keast 1 lb, I can feel my body and Im starting my thing today my stomach feels bloated, ahh i hate that feeling and the waist of my pants are snugger. this is making me very discouraged. if this is water weight how many days before i loss this excess water. thank you

Overall I think every body is different. I haven't noticed very much of a change for myself, however my sister, who does WW and goes to weigh-ins has noted a definite pattern over several months. She usually weighs anywhere from 3-5 lbs more... She also has more severe PMS in general than I do.

Yes, this is very common, you are lucky it is just 1 lb. Just don't pay attention to your weight (but not your diet) for a few days. Even without these days, your weight can fluctuate, and it is more important if it goes up or down over a long period of time. If you have a lot of water retention, try to add food reach in potassium, some times it helps. Otherwise just watch your weight drop again in a weak. Many women also crave sugar or salt during this time of the month, and this is where the real danger is as you can end up eating a bag of chips or a couple of chocolate bars before you notice Smile

Your day to day weight fluctuations are not important. What matters is the long-term trend. Look on every day you stay on your program as a success. And even when you do fall off the program it is not failure, only an opportunity to figure out what made you fail and make adjustments.

My Acne does not go away.
I started the Forks Over Knives plan about a month ago. Almost all my body acne is gone now. Wasn't a goal, but I'm not upset about the side effect either. Might be worth a look.
