VERY frustrating, but how to fix? So I'm a dummy and didn't know these tickers were wonky. I want my ticker to show my success from the day I began at FatSecret...not from the day I temporarily changed my diet. What a weird glitch. Are there fixes to this??? Please??

I don't think there is a way to change that. Your ticker resets when you change your diet. You total history does show up under your "weight history" part of your profile though...

When I changed from one diet to another, I put my start weight for the diet as my original start weight, and then put my actual weight in the next day so that I could still see my total weightloss. This was also reflected on my ticker. Hope this makes sense--I'm not the best at explaining things. Smile

Huh? You should be able to log in with the same userid and pw. I have no idea what's going on, but you could try removing the mobile app from your phone and re-installing it.

Editing a Product Size
Agreed that'd be useful, but in the meantime you can create a custom meal/recipe, then add that recipe to your diet calendar and just divide by what you think the portion size is.

What happens when you reset your starting weight or diet?
Thanks for the feedback. :) I've also reset my weight goal and RDI and not had any issues. My question is more about changing the starting values. I would like to know if I go to MY FATSECRET > ...
