For two weeks I have been jogging 2 miles with my son who is trying to condition for upcoming football. Then I walk with my friends on a 5 mile loop. This extreme amount of exercise is the reason I have dropped so quickly. I have been trying to eat just 3 meals a day and no sugar or starchy stuff. I drink at least half my body weight in water a day, which, in my case is roughly 90 oz. The only other beverages I have been drinking occasionally is a cup of coffee or a Stevia flavor packet, but mainly just water.
For breakfast, I usually have two egg whites with some onion and gr pepper and a slice of cheese. If I don't have this I have a longevity smoothie which consists of 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 2 tbs flax seed oil (mix together and let sit so chemicals in both activate each other) Put 2 scoops of chocolate greens, 1 cup of almond milk, banana, and 2 tbs coconut oil with ice in blender than put cottage cheese and blend it all up. This is very good for you. You can research it if you like at this address below:

Right now I have run out of flax seed oil and greens so until I can afford to get more I am having my morning eggs.
Lunch usually looks something like a chicken breast with a salad or handful of frozen broccoli tossed in the mic. I have been needing more protein with my jogging lately so sometimes I get a thickburger from Hardees, but that's rare and if I do, that's all that I'll have, no fries, soda etc.
For dinner I have just been eating what I prepare for the
family which is sometimes meatloaf or spaghetti or tacos but I have really scaled back on my portions. Also, if I do have a snack during the day it is usually an apple or a small handful of smoked almonds. I have been trying to eat slower as well.
Today is Sunday and I like to call it "victory day", which means that I can be a little bit more free with my eating. So, today I had some garlic toast with my small bowl of pasta. I am mindful not to go so crazy as to undo all that I have worked so hard for all week, however.
