It's a tool that can help you choose the Carb/Protein/Fat percentages you want and it will then show the gram and calorie breakdown to reach that ratio goal. It also goes one step further to show a meal breakdown to reach goal if you type in how many meals you plan on eating in a day.

Cauliflower pizza
These sound scrummy recipes. Just a thought about the water, maybe try cooking the cauli so it's still a little crunchy. The more you cook caulies the more their structure breaks up.
