no weight loss on induction

This is my diet calender for the 1st week induction low carbs everyday and no weight loss PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
Sun 29th: 2092 110% fat: 161.15g protein: 140.67g carbs: 12.97g

Sat 28th: 1759 93% fat: 138.23g protein: 110.68g carbs: 18.73g

Fri 27th: 1996 105% fat: 160.00g protein: 124.24g carbs: 9.31g

Thu 26th: 1859 98% fat: 145.42g protein: 121.98g carbs: 9.12g

Wed 25th: 2237 118% fat: 160.03g protein: 179.55g carbs: 12.30g
Tue 24th: 2145 113% fat: 148.64g protein: 180.65g carbs: 19.50g

Mon 23rd: 1618 85% fat: 130.67g protein: 94.70g carbs: 18.91g

Sun 22nd: 1896 100% fat: 146.99g protein: 123.79g carbs: 12.40g

Did you drink water? Maybe too much salt? Sweeteners?

Thanks cut out bacon and sweeteners and lost 4lbs in last three days - Yay!!!

I also, was going to add that cutting back on processed meats and adding more foundation vegetables will help,but yeah 4lbs. that is a great start.You can't fail if you stick with this site,so much support from everyone! Good Luck!

Stick with it! I didn't lose anything for about three weeks and was getting really pissed off, but now the kilos are flying off... Please try and stick with it, it really becomes so easy after the first month! This is the best "diet" I've ever been on, and I've never felt better in my life... Have you checked out dietdoctor.com? It's a free website with so much great information for LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) which is what I am on....

All the best, you'll get there... I know how frustrating this feels!
Calories are not all created equal!
