eat more veggies, that should give you more carbs, and is helpful and good for you. You should be eating at least 12 carbs just from veggies. As long as you are doing good on veggies, and eating mostly real foods (not processed foods, and not many fake sugars) then you will be just fine!
If you must love your neighbor as yourself, it is at least as fair to love yourself as your neighbor.
