So I am so far not loosing any weight. I exercise every day vigorously. I'm thinking I am not eating the right foods.

Does not look like you are eating enough.

I agree - 700 calories is not even close to enough to fuel your body properly, and even the days you go over that it isn't enough. If you deprive your body of calories too severely, your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to it's fat to protect itself. Try about 1500. And the calories you do eat should be nutritionally valuable ones - lean proteins, fruits, and veggies.

Disappointing.
Thanks Diablo. I am in it for the long haul. It is just this early in the process, with such a lot to lose, a good second week would have perked me up.

Sugar
If "progress" is believing that sugar=cyanide, I don't think it would be good for my mental health to change.

Glaun has good advice. No one can help you without knowing your plan. The ratios will vary depending on your plan. What is your plan?

Thank you everyone! Much appreciated. I like FS a lot so I plan on sticking with it. I'll try a custom entry for my beefs!
