Yah! When we can see our whole day it does made things easier! It is nice to be able to choose a food and then adjust the amount so that we stay within the RDI.

its great for taking info to the nutritionalist too. they can see exactly what your doing and help you find better ways of eating when they see the adjust you already made.

I had no idea that cheese was the biggest part of my RDI. I mean it's cheese not an ice cream!

Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
I set my exercise to 24hrs sleeping. that brings down my allowance, but even then i reduced my RDI by a couple of hundred cals to where i feel i can eat enough and still lose.

Low calorie foods
