I am just starting the zone diet, i just received the book, and haven't gotten around to reading it yet. Does anybody know of an application that I can download on my computer and sync with my phone that has guidelines as far as what to eat, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Best diet for Low starch, Low Sugar, High Protein
You could look into [url=http://thepaleodiet.com/w... Paleo Diet[/url] too. It's like Atkins but with more variety of fruits & vegetables. So it's not ketogenic but still low carb.
